      Usually this happens when the link between onlyoffice and nextcloud is not working. Did you change the onlyoffice secret ? Does it work if you use the "connect to demo server" option ? That will help narrow down if it's the nextcloud app issue or onlyoffice connection.

              The onlyoffice app seems to be up and running and also publicly reachable. Can you run the cloudron-support --troubleshoot tool via SSH on the server to verify the server and thus the apps can reach itself on the public route? This is required for nextcloud+office setups.

                [OK] nginx is running
                [OK] box is running
                [OK] unbound is running
                [OK] Dashboard is reachable via domain name
                [OK] Domain documentcloud.pro is valid and has not expired

                  When I connect using the demo cloudron onlyoffice, it connects properly

                    Have you tried to re-install the onlyoffice app instance? Have you changed any configs? There shouldn't be any difference from the app instance on the demo server or on any other server.

                      Yes, I have completed every reinstall, and reinstall of the app instance. It is not working.
