Bug (?): since latest box version times are in AM/PM

Since the latest box version all time stamps in the UI are suddenly in AM/PM, this was never before. I think it should be related to language or a setting to choose, I really prefer 24hours.

We moved parts of the dashboard over to using esm modules and I didn't realize momentjs was loaded without locales.

Yeah, I hadn't really noticed if anything had changed but did notice the discrepency shown here the other day (i.e. 23:00 in one place ans 11:00PM in another):

And yeah, this is a Cloudron with only 2 apps (one Ghost and one instane of SnappyMail) with rsync backups and so backups are virtually instant as not a lot changes.

But even with almost 200GB it takes about 2 minutes since the huge backup improvements lately!
