I checked and got this result.
Indeed, with large file sizes, I had problems with backup.
(Archive size less than 3 GB was transferred to the nextcloud without problems. With a larger one, an error almost always occurred when copying or restoring.)
Thanks for the advice. I was really interested to see the result.

@JOduMonT Hetzner storage box can already be mounted as Samba/CIFS on Cloudron . See also https://docs.cloudron.io/backups/#cifs

https://www.infomaniak.com/en/swiss-backup supports S3, so you can add it as S3 compatible.

@jodumont yes. Samba is the only protocol on your list that is really made to be mounted locally. Personally I would try to avoid having to rely on php for access to remote filesystems (regardless of the protocol).

@marcusquinn I like the idea of atleast just adding a doc page for the moment on how to do this manually till we implement the feature. I will add it our docs.
