Is there a way to simply block all IPs from accessing a wordpress website?

You can search for "network block list" to see how; but you need to find or curate your own list of IP ranges.

It would be very nice to have a DNS based block so you can do entire TLDs w/o caring about IP ranges or AS routing networks. This would also block all IPs w/o reverse DNS.

You can of course copy/paste block of ip addresses into apache (with the apache config OR htaccess) with 'deny from' rules.

I found https://www.countryipblocks.net/acl.php that can generate htaccess rules even.
