Unfortunately we hit a blocker here. Immich requires a specific postgres database which has a 3rd party extension enabled:

Failed to create pgvecto.rs extension. If you have not updated your Postgres instance to an image that supports pgvecto.rs (such as 'tensorchord/pgvecto-rs:pg14-v0.1.11'), please do so. See the v1.91.0 release notes for more info: https://github.com/immich-app/immich/releases/tag/v1.91.0

Currently we don't support this and I am not yet sure how to do that. We also cannot ship a custom postgres for that app, since a database requires specific step during backup and restore. So this might take some time to have this rolled out and updated unfortunately.

@nebulon That doesn't sound good. Hopefully it can be resolved soon.

I have commented with a bit more background at https://github.com/immich-app/immich/discussions/5830#discussioncomment-7930135 now, so we have to see how this evolves.

@lukas We are working on it. Cloudron 7.6.3 (which is now published as unstable) has the necessary changes required to update immich.

There is still an oustanding issue in the package for OpenID login with immich 1.91.* looking into this now.

Can confirm that the update to Immich v1.91.4 is going well.

If you are running Immich, just think about how much work and time and effort Cloudron has saved us by supporting this application. No headaches. Just one-click.

Thank you so much for Cloudron!
