Seems like this don't work any way to not let people un-mute them self's

did you provide the logs?
did you test it with the demo server?
is there a similar issue upstream?

We have unlisted jitsi by now - https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/6472/jitsi-package-updates/16 . We never managed to get it work properly, tried our best.

Also, not sure what other help you didn't get from the forum, but from the other topic, we (as in, cloudron support and not this forum) can't help you add drives - https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/10822/adding-a-drive/13 . Such support is usually provided (if any) by your server provider. But it's unlikely anyone will ssh and help with linux tasks. Just setting expectations here I understand this might not be what you want , so apologies.
