User & Group CRUD API(S)

Is there any public documentation for user and creation/update/delete API(s)? I'm looking to automate some user and group creation and updates and can only find some old forum posts.

@darren the best way right now is to check the browser console for the API calls. The API itself is fairly stable but unfortunately, no docs yet. We do have a person working on this right now, so we should get proper docs soonish. Would tag him here, but I don't know his handle in the forum!
