IMHO: The "Skip backup" checkbox makes no sense

@luckow The box says "Please wait for the above to finish" which implies you cannot continue to update until that operation is done. I believe this is why the "proceed" button is not showing up currently. Looks like an update or backup or other task is running for "humhub.example.org" which is blocking the update.
Once that is done the button should show up.
