help me reactivate my cloudron

I logged into my cloudron today, I was being asked to "set up subscription" but my last payment was on NOV 11, for some error i clicked on setup again button on console and that seems to have disconnected the subscription from my server, can you help me please to reactivate again is teh one that says canceled
