      Hi Everyone,
      I wanted to reach out to you after recently subscribing to your services. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when activating my test domain for the annual subscription, which has caused some inconvenience.

      Despite sending several emails to your support team, I haven’t received any responses yet. I’m hoping you can help me with a few questions:

      Is it possible to change the domain that was accidentally activated? Would I need to cancel my subscription and would I be eligible for a refund? If so, what is the amount?

        Hi! I don't think we have received any support email which would somewhat match your inquiry here. Have you sent it to support@cloudron.io ?

        Once we know the details, we can refund or reassign the subscription as you wish.

          @iamthemediagit it also might help to detail what steps you took to send those several emails and to what destination since they apparently were not received as intended.
