Trying to login to appstore for the first time after install, it says 'wrong password' and I don't get email to activate

It could be that email is misconfigured (it's gsuite, and it works fine otherwise).
The DNS is cloudflare, and I have nothing installed since I cannot access the appstore.
Wrong password might mean I have not validated the user for the first time, since I don't get emails!
Any idea why this is happening? Thanks!

This is for the cloudron.io account to access the appstore and manage subscriptions. This is the same as https://console.cloudron.io/#/login can you login there?

Yes I can login there.
I see a former cloudron, cancelled. And created one for my new domain.
This doesn't solve the problem. On my.datascienceretreat.com I cannot login with that same user and password.
Asking it to send a password reset link fails to send any email that I can see on my inbox (gsuite). Not on spam either.
So I'm locked out.
What could I do? Thanks -
