Nextcloud/OnlyOffice installation

Hi everyone, I am looking for help with my OnlyOffice installation on Nextcloud. I have disabled Nextcloud office & downloaded OnlyOffice. When going to the administrative settings and putting in my link Https://onlyoffice.example.com and my password I get the following error message:
Error when trying to connect (cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: onlyoffice.example.com (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://onlyoffice.example.com/healthcheck)

Can you check if
cloudron-support --troubleshootreports anything (you have to run this command on the server via ssh)?
