Hello @sponch
Sadly you have chosen to ignore / delete the support topic template.
In the future, please try to use the template or at least give more details for your instance.
What Cloudron version are you running? Also merging this topic to https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/14455/is-my-spam-filter-working

Hello @sponch
You are correct! I misread and falsely assumed it is the same issue.
I have put your issue into a standalone topic again.
Sorry for the confusion!Since now the reference
same version heredoes not apply, quoting from:@3246 said in Is my spam filter working?:
My version is v8.3.2 (Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS).

Hi @james I use apple mail (iOS macOS) and roundcube. However … maybe in not understand that „log“ correctly.
For me it means that there is no training/ no mails are used for spam training.
Shouldn’t that happen as soon as I put mails into the spam folder manually ? -

Yes and No.
See: https://docs.cloudron.io/email#marking-spamThe filter activates after training on 50 spam and 50 ham messages.
