      I've decided to restore to a previous disk image, through the host provider. Can't seem to delete this post.

        @ghosted Next time, can you check the contents of /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log ? That should give the logs on what went wrong.

          It was THOUSANDS of lines, currently had a production instance, so needed it back up asap.
