Did my VPS get re installed recently

I can’t access my site. And access to cloudron via VNC suggests it has been wiped. Much appreciate your response

From our side we have no access to your infrastructure by design, so there is really not much we can assess here for you. You may have to contact your VPS provider what happened to that server.

What site where? What VPS where?

No one will be able to offer you any assistance without you first providing lots more information about what your issue actually is. Perhaps share some screenshots too.

But even then I don't really see how anyone here could possibly know if your VPS got reinstalled.

As @nebulon just said, Cloudron staff have no access to your server.
