    Hi Cloudron team,

I’m having an issue when trying to restore a backup on my Cloudron instance.

    What I’m trying to do

I’m attempting to restore an application from an existing backup.

    What happens

The restore process fails, but Cloudron does not show a clear or useful error message explaining why the restore failed.

    Details
    Cloudron version: [your Cloudron version]
    App being restored: [app name]
    Backup type/storage: [S3 / rsync / local / other]
    Backup date: [date/time]
    Restore destination/domain: [domain, if relevant]

I’ve checked the restore process, but I’m not able to determine the cause because there is no specific error message displayed.

Could someone advise where I can find the relevant restore logs or what commands I can run to troubleshoot this?

    Thanks!

      Hello @gautam8459
You have provided none of the required information, and thus we can't help at all.
Please provide the output of cloudron-support --troubleshoot and describe your set up more detailed.
You can also upload the log file of the failing restore at https://paste.cloudron.io/
