IPTV Plug-in: error playing all streams

After configuring a stream (HLS or RTMP) when trying to play it it errors. In the log it says:
System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot start process because a file name has not been provided
I found something on Reddit but the solution suggested is to use another Docker image?! (https://www.reddit.com/r/jellyfin/comments/fzfk65/error_playing_anything_in_jellyfin_because_there/)
Does anyone has a clue?

Could it be that ffmpeg is not installed or configured? Also a movie (.mkv) is not playing in Firefox browser.
