Usability - Can't find current Cloudron version on my.domain.tld

@jdaviescoates I noticed now that we have 2020 hardcoed as the default footer. So we probably want to have some templating since 2021 is almost here...

@girish I've got custom markdown in mine (which displays in the centre at the bottom). There is no 2020 to be seen. But I still miss having the version over in the right
@jdaviescoates what I meant is that we need templating for the default footer, so will look into adding version at that point.

Would keep everyone happy, no? (and also has 4 upvotes )Five now, we already have a "Footer" section to change the footer text, a checkbox for "Add version number" isn't too crazy I think for those of us that liked it (I did personally).
