Clone a Live Local App

Clone / Duplicate an App quickly from a locally running App instead of fetching from (remote) backups.

I can see the user value of this when templating app setups

A 1-click "Clone App" button would be insanely useful for me right now.

Just needs to be a copy of everything with just a new Location URL set.

@marcusquinn If you have local backups set up, that's a pretty fast restore.

@robi I don't. This features is just such an obviously useful thing, I really don't think any amount of RTFM direction can justify it not existing.

Have the template App be backed up locally, while others remotely, keep things fast.

Let's see which we get first.
