Solved Add link to app Resource Config from Notification

For example, when getting OOM notifications for apps, clicking the notification shows a link which leads to the docs on how to increase the memory.
It would be much more useful if that link led directly to the app in question, & to it's resource settings to bump up the memory.
I see two options:
- replace the doc link to the app with a direct link
- keep the doc link and add a direct link too
