You should not need to set any trusted IP, onlyoffice will be setup to work out of the box with a nextcloud installed on the same Cloudron. Did you configure the Nextcloud Onlyoffice connector with the default
changemesecret and it showed you a green success indicator there? -
Hi I just installed OnlyOffice app and my NextCloud is connected. But when I try to open a doc - ONLYOFFICE cannot be reached. Please contact admin. I added the IP address as Trusted IP still doesnt work. Please help thanks.
@cristtiah There are two onlyoffice apps in nextcloud - https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/documentserver_community and https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/onlyoffice . You must install the latter! Once you install it, just configure it like https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/onlyoffice/#setup-nextcloud-connector and that should be it. No need to adjust any other settings.
