Missing backup with DST time change (2:00 AM-->3:00 AM)

Dear all,
this night we had time shift to Daylight saving time (DST).
Time shift is done 2:00 AM.
I have backup at 2:AM and at that time no any backup has been performed.

One more reason to end DST
But seriously, I guess ideally it should have maybe take the backup at 3 but I think our cron module and our code is not intelligent enough about this.
