It's like mastodon, but nicer.

Misskey is a decentralized microblogging platform born on Earth. Since it exists within the Fediverse (a universe where various social media platforms are organized), it is mutually linked with other social media platforms.

I've spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to set this up on my own over the past week but I'm too inexperienced. If you guys made it as easy as with the supported apps I'd basically never leave.
