      I just realized (when was checking some other stuff) that my n8n instance is failing, no notifications or errors whatsover.

      I didn't touch a thing.

      Retry task fixed thing, but I have things dependand on n8n and I didn't expect services could fail, without any alerts - any thoughts?

          @potemkin_ai this is related to https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/6200/docker-hub-is-down . Docker hub was down and during that time updates and installs were failing.

            @girish got it, thank you!
            Any plans on enabling automatic recovery in the cases like that one?

            I don't mind my app not updated, but I do ming my app not working if something went wrong during the update, especially if it's happening silently 🙂

              @potemkin_ai yes, good point. I think we will add a fallback to a selfhosted (as in hosted by us) docker registry next year instead of only relying on docker hub. I think we want to do this to keep a "back up" of all our app docker images as well.

                @girish thank you! but at the meantime, it would be nice just to roll back to the previous version and fire some alert 🙂
