New to Cloudron so please be gentle. I'm hosting on a Linode instance and everything has been working great until I requested that they unblock my email ports so I could use Cloudron as an email server. Linode support sent me a message that had unblocked me but as soon as I tried to log back into my Cloudron I get: "Cloudron is offline... reconnecting".

I thought that maybe rebooting the server might do the trick but once it boots back up I'm stuck with the same error. I cant get to my main page or any of the apps directly. I reached out to Linode for help thinking it must have been caused when they made their changes but they told me I needed to reach out to Cloudron support.

Anybody have any ideas? How do I figure out whats wrong with Cloudron when I cant even log in to see anything? Sorry for the complete noob question.

@jtippetts It's hard to tell what is happening. Can you try this:

    • Reboot the server
    • Please check if the IP address of server matches the DNS entries. Maybe the IP address was changed during the process of opening up email ports?
    • Once rebooted, please check the output of systemctl status box and systemctl status nginx. If they are both running, the dashboard should be reachable.
