      YunoHost has been an excellent platform thus so far. How ever there are issues when you are running it for production purposes.

      I want to run Cloudron on the same sever I am hosting Yunohost on. Would there be an issue doing so?

      Many thanks.

        @gcmtnskr both platforms on the same server are not supported. Cloudron only works on a pristine Ubuntu installation. Installing anything on the side is not supported and will break eventually. This is needed to ensure testability of updates on our side, since such platforms tie into many system components.

          @gcmtnskr I use both, and obviously advise anyone to go with Cloudron. BUT, since there are few apps that YH has that aren't on Cloudron yet, I run my YH on a 12GB OpenVZ server over at TNAHosting.net which costs ONLY $5 USD/month (https://tnahosting.net/billing/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=0). It runs OpenVZ 7, and I've had no server problems. I guess it would run Cloudron too well, but I'm sticking with KVM for my trusty Cloudron.

            @scooke said in Cloudron + Yunohost on the same server?:

            @gcmtnskr ...12GB OpenVZ server over at TNAHosting.net which costs ONLY $5 USD/month .

            This may be a better link: https://tnahosting.net/billing/index.php/store/openvz-vps/12gb-openvz-let which looks like amazing pricing if they allow enough IO.
