    I am trying to install etherpad to a wildcard domain and I am getting the following error:

    An error occurred during the install operation: DNS Error: DNS Record is not synced yet: queryNs ECONNREFUSED mysitename.com

    I feel like this might be something simple I am missing, but I am not finding anything. Ideas?

    Which backend are you using for this domain in Cloudron? And can you check if the DNS record was created on your nameserver side?

    If you use the wildcard DNS provider, please note that a DNS entry for *.domain.com does NOT cover the bare domain domain.com (like in your example). Also, if it says NS not found, it could also be that your domain is very new and the nameservers are still propagating.

    @nebulon
    The domain is hosted with bluehost, I think I have it set up so that it should forward to my cloudron. I am going to check.

    @girish when installing I do not think I a bear domain. I specified "ether.mysitename.com"

    thanks for the help. I am actually trying again. I am wondering if I did not wait long enough.
    Thank you
