Server failed, no back up and need to move license

Hello all, looking for support to move my license to my new server. My old server failed, and all my backups were corrupted. I cannot restore so I installed a new Cloudron server. Upon registration I noticed that now I have once instance of my domain offline and one online. I need to move my license from my offline server to my online. How do I go about this? I do not see the option anywhere.

Did you use local storage as backup and the hard drive failed?
