    It would appear the Commento project is abandoned by its creator since more than a year ago. Any chance we could see a move to the fork that is being maintained (Commento++):

    @axbom ah, thanks for this. We will look into moving into this one, since we were trying to figure whether to remove commento altogether or not.

    To update everyone here, I have started to move the app package over to commentoplusplus. It apparently also has our SMTP patches merged already.

    I have published a new major version of the app package, so manual explicit update via the dashboard is required to make it clear that we moved to the forked version. As far as I could tell, the data migrated ok, but of course as always ideally do not skip the backup during update.
