Self-Hosted Meme Creator on Cloudron?

Memes have become a popular part of our culture. Many young people search the internet for memes and they are becoming an important part of our communications.
Lets support creation of Free Memes with a self-hosted application on Cloudron! The question is, which application would best support this?
I will hopefully come back with some suggestions later, but am posting this now to get the ball rolling.

@LoudLemur I installed something on LAMP
Can't recall the source though
Lots of apps on Github which can be installed as LAMP apps
Not sure an AppStore package is particularly needed, but I guess a 1-click install could be useful for some.

It was something simple like https://github.com/KaiZerg/MemeGenerator (but not this exact one)
