      If we have a mail client installed at mail.domain.com using rainloop, but want to transition to sogo, will that delete all mailbox data currently established and received?

      Is there any way to migrate to a different mail app and have all users existing filters and folders and emails stay intact?

        @privsec No deletion happens.

        Just install the other mail apps and continue.

        The only thing that might not work is custom filters as some apps treat them differently.

          Right, as @robi said deleting webmail app does not delete mail data. But you might lose any things like contacts, calendar etc.
