Prometheus - Cannot login

Hi Team,
Usually after installing an app in cloudron and when I try to open, it will prompt me with the default username and password before I go to the login screen. But in the case of 'Prometheus Server' it just took me directly to the login screen without showing the default user or pass and I am unable to login. Please let me know if I am missing any step here.
