Typo - Mesure instead of Measure

On this page it says Mesure a couple of times instead of Measure

(the funny thing about this is I only discovered it via email spam about https://selfhost.cloud - because that was pulling in app info from Cloudron - which arrived into my test FreeScout app that I only checked to see if it's still running after moving my Cloudron to another server)

@jdaviescoates Fixed, thanks. That text was originally copied from matomo itself. I think they are a french company and thus the typo (as in, I think measure is mesure in french, maybe....)
