Mailbox Quota Size GUI bug

It seems there's a bug in 7.3.2 which shows the mailbox quota size incorrectly.

In my case I have set 15 GB for the mailbox storage size limit, and yet the GUI listing the mailboxes for some reason shows 14.65 GB.

@d19dotca I bet this is something (GB/GiB) conversions related... Let me check.
