Nextcloud Encryption issues

Hey,

i would like to Point out this issue so it could be solved. We can really not use our Cloud.
Looks like only the Cloudron Team can fix it for us.

@savity So, one needs to add this to openssl.conf ?

I could reproduce the issue. It seems that nextcloud encryption uses legacy ciphers which are disabled by default in Ubuntu 22 . RC4 even Anyway, I will add the legacy config in openssl.cnf .

I have pushed a new package 4.16.0-1 to fix this.
