@privsec Top-left menu > Access Tokens > HTTP Endpoint might be the place. I have an Enterprise licence, so have that field pre-populated, but maybe if you aren't a subscriber that will be editable with the endpoint this Basic version in a Cloudron app provides.

People are using it to add translation to Mastodon

@privsec the browser extensions on desktop allow you to change the endpoint to the free version.

@privsec Their Basic endpoint has a character limit, this self-hosted version doesn't. Plus there's the privacy aspect, but mainly it's a way to use Languagetool on browsers without having that character limit on long inputs, like Webmail, Bloc Posts, other CMS long text edit fields.

no, as far as i understand it, paid service only work if you use their server.
It says for me "to use own servers you need to log out of your account

Another reason is to not give Google any more data. It is SOOOOO nice to use my own translation app! Plus, I use LanguageTool, too (on Yunohost)... all my data, all mine.

I only see an option to create an account or to login or to reset the password
