When i try to install cloudron it gives the error message "failed to install cloudron. See /var/log /cloudron-setup.log" It seems to downgrade containerd.io and docker-ce which apt doesnt like. Trying to install cloudron on my computer now btw, last succesful attempt was on vm where it didnt work well.

@robloxian whoa don't! Cloudron should not be installed on your laptop/pc/computer. It should only be installed on a vanilla ubuntu 22.04 virtual machine. Do not install anything (including docker) on it. The installation script will install the correct dependencies. Everything is versioned , so one cannot use an arbitrary docker version with Cloudron.

@robloxian VM should be OK. Do you have the complete messages from /var/log/cloudron-setup.log ?

SERVER! Not a plain old computer. Go back and reread https://docs.cloudron.io/installation/

            carefully
            fully
            completely

when you come to something that you don't understand, come here and ask.
when you come upon terms that are new, google them, read up on them, learn about them.

after 1 month of doing this, THEN try to actually install and use Cloudron.
