2nd domain mail

Hello!
account is jd@plains.digital.
https://my.plains.cloud
is primary domain
have set up SoGo mail for extra domain sask.wtf

can send mail but cannot receive mail.
did receive automated mailer daemon emails but nothing from users
all lights are green in all the various places!
using sengrid configured with its own api key=
.. not sure what else you need from me. support much appreciated.

@plains-digital It seems the domain is behind cloudflare. Mail won't work behind cloudflare because cloudflare can only proxy http(s) and not email.

ahhh, so just have to nix cloudflare altogether, thanks!
confused myself because my plains.cloud is cloudflared, but mail.plains.cloud specifically is not!
appreciate the clarification
