account is jd@plains.digital.
https://my.plains.cloud
is primary domain
have set up SoGo mail for extra domain sask.wtfcan send mail but cannot receive mail.
did receive automated mailer daemon emails but nothing from users
all lights are green in all the various places!
using sengrid configured with its own api key=
.. not sure what else you need from me. support much appreciated. -

ahhh, so just have to nix cloudflare altogether, thanks!
confused myself because my plains.cloud is cloudflared, but mail.plains.cloud specifically is not!
