UI not working

Hi.

I just installed this app for the first time.
After successfully pushing an image to the registry from my local system, i went to the registry link to view/manage.
But, all i see is this:

Did i miss something during the setup?

Note: i did try to configure the REGISTRY_URL and REGISTRY_TITLE env variables, but no change.

Strange. After I login I see :

Oh, maybe you installed without authentication. How are you intending to use it without authentication ?

@girish I did install it without authentication, but soon changed it:

But, changing that didn't have any effect on the UI.

Reinstalled it. Working now.

@shrey I think without auth the app is buggy/hard to configure. I will look into this.
