    @fbartels Thanks for your response. I'm not sure if it's related to that root certificate expiration, I just think it's linked because it was working begining of last week and today I see this error message.

    I just don't know how to mount that local folder on this instance, do you know where I can find any documentation on that ?

    Hi !

    I have an issue with Mailtrain since few days, the RSS feed campaigns have an error "Feed error: certificate has expired" when it tries to get the feed from a instance of Wordpress on the same Cloudron server. As far I see the certificates looks good, maybe it's linked to the fact that the embeded certifactes in Mailtrain still have the old DST Root CA X3 in it ? So Mailtrain couldn't check the new Let's encrypt certificate ?

    Do you know how I can check that and how can I update that on the Mailtrain instance ?

    I have done a complete reinstallation of the server and now I don't have any issue. I think I've done something wrong while I've completed the restoration informations the first time.

    Hi @girish, thanks for your answer. I have checked the configuraion and I have relaunch some of restorations but they are all stuck to "Restoring - Waiting for Cloudron to initialize" state. I have try to restart the server several times but without success. Can I stop the restoration process (with the CLI maybe) and retry ?

    @d19dotca @girish Thanks a lot for your answers. I forgot to mention that the backup is in a Google Cloud Storage. I will try to copy the file for the remote storage in /var/backups and let you know.

    Just one last question : do I need the last successfull backup before the crash or I need to copy all the backups ?

    Hi everyone,

    I have a hard drive crash last night, so I've reinstall the complete OS. The restoration looks OK (all the configurations was back, same as mails and so on) but all the applications are in error "Error: External Error - Not found".

    In the logs I have this :

  • Issue with mails / unable to edit and create new mailboxes

    Hi all,

    I have an issue with the mailboxes interface. I have deleted and created new users and I want to create mailboxes for them but the fields Mailboxes and Mailing Lists are empty (older accounts aren't displayed) but the mailboxes works for older accounts.
