Solved: I don't know what was wrong, but I canceled the connection and re-connected my instance to my rocket.chat account. Works fine now....

You have to set another backup location. For example, you can switch to Filesystem and put the path as /var/backups (this is also the default after you install cloudron).

@kk_cloudron that is correct, Cloudron requires IPv4 and does not work on IPv6 only servers (yet).
