    @scooke Solution was deleting a buch of files from path:

    /home/yellowtent/boxdata/mail/haraka-queue
    

    that files were created past Jan-06.

    On that day we had an account hijacked that started sending out spam. I deactivated the account and it was working fine until past feb-16th, when email service started to crash.

    After deleting a bunch of files in that path everything is working fine now.

    Yes, I enabled the email debug mode.

    @nebulon ok I'll try that. Also I noticed this error

    554 Failure g_imap_max_limit exceeded 199990/199990 folder new
    

    It could be some big mailbox's folder?
    Is there a way to inspect/delete/move the bigger ones?

    Hi,

    I am getting this error when trying to send an email test from the admin page.

    connect ECONNREFUSED 172.18.0.7:2525

    However that's no the instance internal IP.

    I'm using an EC2 AWS with Elastic IP. On the Network page the Public IP is detected correctly, however I don't know from where is getting this internal IP.

    Just for the record, besides to install the KB and set the DefaultSecureProtocols registry entries, I also need to add the following keys:

    Hi

    Since update 5.2.4, we are experience problems to sent mail from Outlook 2007 (running on win7)

    Outlook Error message: 0x800CCC80 – None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server

    Log error on email server says:

    client [187.188.xxx.xxx] connection error: Error: 140072188094336:error:14209102:SSL routines:tls_early_post_process_client_hello:unsupported
    

    Not sure if it's related, but we had similar problem past march and fixed in this way:

    I've returned the setting to TRUE but the problem persists.

  • AWS EC2 Dedicated IP blocked by Outlook

    We have Cloudron as our email server hosted on AWS EC2, configured with an elastic IP (dedicated).

    However, since 4 weeks ago our mail is being blocked by Microsoft servers, apparently our IP is part of a network segment detected as spammers.

    I have registered the IP in some microsoft page without results.

    What other actions would you recommend that I take?

    I'm even considering migrate to another provider.

  • Block or mark forged emails with SPF check failed

    Although we have correctly setup our own SPF record, we are constantly receiving spoofed email.

    Certainly I'm not well versed on SpamAssassin but it seems to me that is not adding spam points to the fact that the email is failing SPF checking

  • EXPIRED: Certificate 1 of 3 in chain

    Hi,
    I'm getting notices on Outlook about an expired certificate.
    Also some users cannot access to email from their mobiles.

    I've already run the option Renew All Certs, but the error remains.

    I ran a test and got this result:
