    Hi everyone, I am looking for help with my OnlyOffice installation on Nextcloud. I have disabled Nextcloud office & downloaded OnlyOffice. When going to the administrative settings and putting in my link Https://onlyoffice.example.com and my password I get the following error message:

    Error when trying to connect (cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: onlyoffice.example.com (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://onlyoffice.example.com/healthcheck)

    After setting up the well known URI as indicated, I tried to verify the delegation setup using Putty SSH to my VPS with the command $ curl https://example.com/.well-known/matrix/server
    { "m.server": "synapse.example.com:443" }
    of course, having subsituted example with my domain name

    the error message I got was
    command not found

    Federation also, did not work

    Thank you @andreasdueren - I have installed the Matrix app and am trying to make federation work. For federation to work, the delegation URI https://$CLOUDRON-APP-DOMAIN/.well-known/matrix/server must be configured. See the docs on how to do this. As a next step in the domain & certs interface, I set the well known locations of my domain to synapse.example.com:443 // toots.example.com // jitsi.example.com - after this step I tried verifying the settings via SSH on my VPS server and only got error messages.

    Hello, I am new to Cloudron and am not a technical person. Is there any place where I can find a simple easy to follow step by step installation guide for Matrix. I believe to have read and tried everything available on docs & forum.

    ...and BINGO, I can now send email to Gmail...message was received in the INBOX. We can now close this ticket. Thank you for your help and I am so glad I can keep email hosted on Cloudron.

    Ah, I just realized that on Cloudron, for the domain in question, I had to switch from external smtp back to built-in smtp...let's see if this does the trick...can you tell I am a non-techie??

    Update: I am now able to send emails WITHOUT receiving an immediate error message, however, the email is not arriving in the recipient's email inbox or spam..any ideas?

    My VPS provider indicated the IPV6 address is missing on Cloudflare. I have now added the AAAA record at both root and mail level and am now giving it some time to propagate before trying to send the email to gmail again. Further I am deleting the temporary smtp server Mailersend. Hopefully this solves the problem and will inform you later how it went. Thank you

    The reverse DNS address at my VPS provider is correctly showing mail.123.com and all Cloudron email settings show green checkmarks.

    In an effort to troubleshoot, I tried setting up a free external SMTP Server on one of my domains through mailersend.net and after sending an email, I did not get any error message, but the email also did not reach its intended recipient.

    And guess what? Now all the sites like roundcube, nextcloud, mattermost.example.com are working again - I didn't change anything....We can now close this ticket. Thank you everyone.

    Unfortunately I am still having issues with my subdomains like roundcube.example.com & nextcloud.example.com - any ideas on how to solve this? monica.example.com and piwigo.example.com are working fine..

    Everything is working again! Thank you! My VPS provider support team said there was no DNS cache and that they simply restarted the service & that was it…they are also reactivating IPV6 that was previously deactivated for troubleshooting purposes.
