@jdaviescoates Beeper is significantly better at all that as they made it for that, their client is great. But yes I agree about having the bridges (not all are from beeper) in the Matrix install would be great. There have actually been a few discussions around it, https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/3150/expand-matrix-app-features and I think elsewhere in the overall topic https://forum.cloudron.io/category/50/matrix-synapse-element if you wanted to chime in somewhere.

@jdaviescoates yes I eventually managed to install it “standalone” on its own VPS. Bit of a struggle, can’t recall the issues as now killed it because my use case ended.

Can you have product variations? I didn’t see any in the demo.

I have succeeded in installing Heimdall in the LAMP app. Installs and runs quite easily. So far I am struggling to get a working package for Cloudron.

With vendor and pipeline agnosticism this will be useful to many. Might even be a good idea for the Cloudron team to consider using it internally since it supports so many languages well and builds faster.

Thanks, I missed that. I wonder whether it would be as easy to support standard Drupal too.

@LoudLemur said in Signoz - Open Source APM (Alternative to DataDog, New Relic): Right! So what is an APM exactly? APM stands for Application Performance Monitoring. APM tools help you to monitor your application for any performance issues.

@sparkwise said in Botpress, a bot builder system: I saw a mention of BotPress integrated with Chatwoot in their documentation on AgentBots at https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/product/others/agent-bots/#implementation-examples I haven’t tried this out, so it’s not an endorsement, but I did want to highlight that in addition to its standalone capabilities, BotPress may integrate with and complement Chatwoot. That is actually the case with TypeBot, which is already available on Cloudron and connects to Chatwoot too. You can also connect BOTH to OpenAI and enhance your bots with AI. Powerful! That should not exclude that BotPress would be a great addition too.

This requires ElasticSearch, so this will take a while to get to. Best to host outside Cloudron until we have it.

@humptydumpty Get a hotel room from a reasonably low-tech chain but in a high-speed internet city, pay cash, install a RasPi or Arduino in the back of the smart TV and throughput the ethernet. Install your VPN on that. NOTE: SATIRE! DO NOT DO THIS!

I have now created a repo for my custom package : https://git.cloudron.io/timconsidine/smsvoip-cloudron/ This packages a "desktop SMS" app which allows you to send/receive SMS on a virtual number (not your phone's number). It is also useful for "fake" registrations for things like WhatsApp etc.

@jdaviescoates said in ICEHRM: Could you perhaps share more info about how you manage volunteers using IceHrm? We find most HRM complicated for some to manage volunteers, especially for not being HR trained. We use it to Securely keep volunteer information (DOB, Numbers, Addresses, ID Evidence, Documents like agreements and more. Management of volunteer leave like when ill or on holiday. We use it for time sheets to track when they have been in or if they are not coming in enough. We use it to manage our volunteer's expenses. Forms Volunteer training management and more. We like it because Free for the most part. Easy to use. Integrations into google. They have an app. It is well worth the time and great for NPO and charities alike.
