    when i try to testrun an email see what it shows as attached

      the thing is that it is red while it supposed to be green is where the problem is coming from

      can you check and see whats going on?

        @mmtrade it's red because it thinks your IP is on a Spam blocklist.

        Could very likely be the same as
        https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/13337/false-positive-on-spamhause/26
        https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/13401/ip-address-blocklist-check-this-server-s-ip-xx.xx.xx.xx-is-on-a-blocklist.-spamhaus-zen

        I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

          That's funny @mmtrade because I'm having the exact same issue since today. And I had a look on https://www.spamhaus.org/ and it seems to be a false positive. My IP isn't black listed on their side.

            I have had my IP's blacklisted and it does not affect the mail server

            I am not able to unblock it if i cannot send or receive emails.

            Most off these spam list sites will not accept email from a thrid party account

                @mmtrade On my side it's my fault. It's because this morning I changed the Unbound config by adding a forward.conf to use cloudflare dns... and spamhaus doesn't like that...

                I will have to find a way to deal with that...

                  @jdaviescoates i have unlisted spamhouse and it is still thesame thing

                  when did this start? I have been using cloudrun for sometime and this issue has not come up

                      Please go to https://my.DOMAIN.TLD/#/services and check if the mail service is running.
                      And if so, maybe restart it once and then send the logs of that service.

                      If the mail service is not running and can not be started, there might be a program like postfix running on your server which is blocking the ports.

                        Sounds like it is server-side. Has your vps provider done upgrades or changes lately?

                              See what the error message but it is not blacklisted on spamhouse

                                    Here it would connect locally, trying to send out a mail via the local mail service. Is your mail service running?

                                          How can I rectify this?

                                          Everything is okay but the mail is not sending or receiving. This has nothing to do with my service provider.
