the thing is that it is red while it supposed to be green is where the problem is coming from

That's funny @mmtrade because I'm having the exact same issue since today. And I had a look on https://www.spamhaus.org/ and it seems to be a false positive. My IP isn't black listed on their side.

I have had my IP's blacklisted and it does not affect the mail server
I am not able to unblock it if i cannot send or receive emails.
Most off these spam list sites will not accept email from a thrid party account

@jdaviescoates i have unlisted spamhouse and it is still thesame thing
when did this start? I have been using cloudrun for sometime and this issue has not come up

Please go to
https://my.DOMAIN.TLD/#/services
and check if themail
service is running.
And if so, maybe restart it once and then send the logs of that service.If the
mail
service is not running and can not be started, there might be a program likepostfix
running on your server which is blocking the ports. -

Sounds like it is server-side. Has your vps provider done upgrades or changes lately?
