    Hello all,

I'm getting this error configuring backup with R2 Object Storage:

«Error put object cloudron-testfile. Message: The region name 'eu-central-2' is not valid. Must be one of: wnam, enam, weur, eeur, apac, oc, auto HTTP Code: InvalidRegionName»

    alt text

I saw that eu-central-2 it has not been configured somewhere... so I assume that Cloudron itself is passing this value...

Any hints? Thanks a lot for your support

I can't reproduce this. I tried with two buckets - one in central europe and another in western europe .

@p44 maybe you are trying to switch the provider from AWS S3? afaict, eu-central-2 is only there in that code path. If that's the case, this is probably a UI bug that it is filling the region form field by mistake (it's hidden for Cloudflare) . A workaround is to switch to file system backup and then open the dialog again and use Cloudflare .

          Hello @girish thanks @james . I'm moving from iDrive e2.

I switched to file system backup and then tried again, but nothing to do...

                  Hello @p44
We were unable to reproduce this issue.
Could you open the browser console network tab and when pressing configure in the backup view send us that request payload and response?
