looks like something has the cached app update info. If you click the "check for updates" button and reload the dashboard, does the situation change?

Unfortunately no, nothing changed - The app is still marked as "update-able"

And if you run systemctl restart box on the server, does the issue persist?

then unless we can somehow reproduce this otherwise, I guess we would need to debug this on your system then. If you want that, please send a mail to support@cloudron.io

By guess is some sort of browser cache or something like that.

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

Thanks for giving us access to debug this. It turns out the update info was not cleared on the backend, maybe the update task crashed at the end just before it would have cleared it. We have added a fix for the next release with https://git.cloudron.io/platform/box/-/commit/4c0033f57210b233754f66f2cf4c70c3ff39db1f

Hello team cloudron and respected members,

I am trying to update a gitlab install and I am getting the same error.

To share a full diagnostic dump on the forum, run: cloudron-support --send-diagnostics

Also ran systemctl restart box just in case but this didn't help.

Tried everything on this topic but still getting the same issue.
I have another gitlab installed on the same cloudron but didn't have any issues with it at all.

                    Any insight on this?

                    Thank you

                      Hello @arta
                      You are running Cloudron 9.2.0.
The fix for this issue has been included in Cloudron 10.
If you can, please update your Cloudron server and this issue should resolve itself.

                        Thanks James,

This definitely fixed the issue. But after upgrade the cloudron dashboard became so slow. Did you have any reports like this? there are lots of requests that are pending and taking too long to load.

                          Hello @arta
On what Cloudron version are you now exactly?
Have you tried clearing the cache?
Also, how many users and groups are on this system?
