Cap - The open source alternative to Loom

@LoudLemur external links aren't nice either. Unless you can format a post or comment, best not to litter links.
@james I'd go a step further on this, and make it a policy that all post and comment content must be within the post or comment, and links only to actual products or third-party commentary. These pastebin links just aren't welcome in any way.

@marcusquinn to be fair, I think @loudlemur is posting links to his pastebin in response to be asked to not post all his AI generated content directly into the forums and to perhaps link to paste bins instead. But I agree that neither are ideal.

@jdaviescoates This is exactly why I use the privatebin. Cloudron staff don't want ai content on the forum. There are good reasons for this. To try and oblige, yet still attempt to help, I use the privatebin for that. There are problems with that too, eg having to go off the forum if you want to read it, and if the pastebin site goes down it is not good for the forum SEO.
The only alternative I can see is a policy of, "If you don't have anything human to say, don't say it at all." There could be some value to that, but I think as time goes on, AI will become increasingly useful in debugging, packaging and we might even want an entirely ai user in the future, who knows. Maybe we could have an ai section to the forum?
It is also hard to judge whether some of it might be useful.
As it stands, I am aware most people tend to not value what my ai provides at the moment. I don't want to spam people.

Same, not against AI content — but it has to be digestible and add genuine value, as AI can be overwhelmingly detailed. I'm sure a summary is fine, with further info on request.

+1 as Loom is now part of Atlassian

I packaged this and did some preliminary testing. This requires a resend account because login is E-Mail verification code only and cap doesn't support SMTP sending. Tested with Cloudflare R2 as backend.
Let me know if this is working for you guys:

@James I just submitted this to the Community App Store but it looks like it needs duplicate detection/handling, as someone already seems to have published this package. It still shows up in my list but clicking on it links to the other persons package: https://ca.cloudron.io/app/cap
