    Hello @sponch
    Thanks for reporting.

    @sponch said:

    Interestingly, a newly created test mailing list works fine (though it only has 2 recipients configured). I also tried recreating the original list from scratch and re-pasting the addresses, but that didn't work either.

    This is interesting.
    So there might be something in that list that causes the issue or there is an issue with the migration.

      Is it possible to test the addresses with first say 20 addresses? And then 30 and then the full list? Are there any hints in the mail event log or mail log? You can also exec into the mail container and check /run/dovecot/dovecot.log for errors.

        hi @girish just split the forwarding adresses. A mail with 20 and then 28 addresses is being sent without problem. as soon as it take all the 48 its doesn't work anymore.

            Thanks for reaching out on support @sponch . Found the issue. Dovecot config is missing sieve_max_actions which is default 32. Bumping this to 128 fixes the problem.

            I have already applied the change in your server but if your server reboots or mail server restarts, the config will be lost. Here's what you have to do:

            • docker exec -ti mail /bin/bash
            • Edit /run/dovecot/dovecot.conf. Find the line sieve_max_forwards . Add a line sieve_max_actions = 128 after that line
            • supervisorctl restart dovecot

            @msbt this might also be similar to the issue you faced in another thread.

            cc @girish

              Good catch, I will apply the fix for the next release.

                  @joseph quick follow-up for my sanity: do we know why it was working before and stopped working after the C10 update?

                    @msbt previously, forwarding feature did not use sieve rules. It was implemented in Haraka, so this setting was not needed.
